Create With The People, a Story by Eric L.

Published this year is a short (2′, 51″) video about my work with the Midwest Society for Acoustic Ecology. Titled, “Create With The People, a Story by Eric L.,” it resides on a new online project called StoriesbyUS.org. Joe Miller recorded and edited the video last August 2025. The idea and support for the project became possible through a commission from Be the People, “…a coalition of nonprofit organizations working in communities across the United States, including Realize the Dream, the MacArthur Foundation, More Perfect, Giving Tuesday, Stand Together and Goodwill. It’s a platform to share powerful, personal stories of those making a difference for their neighbors and a call to action that inspires millions of Americans who are ready to do their part. A call answered every time people step up to make things better, stand up to overcome differences, and show up to help each other succeed.” The project invites you and others to register an account and share your story.
